Sanitized infrastructure transformation case studies.

A compact shelf for public, fictionalized portfolio work. Details are sanitized and do not disclose employer architecture.

This section collects a small number of public, sanitized infrastructure transformation case studies.

The goal is quality over volume: each case study should explain business context, constraints, assumptions, requirements, options considered, decision logic, recommended architecture, risks, trade-offs, migration approach, operational model, security considerations, cost considerations, and lessons learned.

All case studies use fictionalized organizations and sanitized data. They are designed to show infrastructure transformation thinking without exposing confidential employer architecture.
